Quotations
 

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Any changes to the project scope, specifications, or site conditions may result in a revised quotation. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT.
 

Orders & Payments
 

Orders are confirmed once accepted in writing by both parties.

A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or fabrication begins. Remaining balances are payable in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Late payments may affect production schedules, deliveries, or installation dates.
 

Bespoke Fabrication
 

Every custom-made product is manufactured specifically to your requirements.

As bespoke items cannot be resold, orders for custom fabrication cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.

Deposits paid towards bespoke fabrication are non-refundable, as materials are purchased and manufacturing begins immediately following order confirmation.

Any changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges and revised lead times.
 

Manufacturing & Installation
 

Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and may vary depending on material availability, project complexity, supplier lead times, and site readiness.

Installation dates are subject to safe access and suitable working conditions.
 

Our Warranty
 

We stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture.

All bespoke products fabricated by S&P Metal Works Ltd are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of installation or collection. This warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing or workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Where products include equipment or components supplied by third-party manufacturers, the relevant manufacturer's warranty will apply.

Our warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

• Improper use or misuse

• Lack of routine maintenance

• Grease or contaminant build-up

• Unauthorised alterations or repairs

• Incorrect installation by others

• Accidental damage

• Fair wear and tear

• Corrosion caused by unsuitable cleaning chemicals or environmental conditions
   

Maintenance
 

To ensure optimum performance and longevity, ventilation systems should be serviced and cleaned regularly in accordance with recognised industry standards, including TR19®, where applicable.

Failure to carry out routine maintenance may reduce system performance and affect manufacturer warranties.
 

Intellectual Property
 

All drawings, designs, calculations, technical documents, photographs, and website content remain the intellectual property of S&P Metal Works Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
 

Limitation of Liability
 

While every reasonable effort is made to deliver products and services to the highest standard, S&P Metal Works Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the original contract except where otherwise required by law.
